Fill in our booking form with your details, service and preferred date. We respond within 2 hours with a clear itemised quote.
You receive a written confirmation with your cleaner's name, date, time and full scope of work. Everything in writing from the start.
We assign your vetted cleaner and manage all coordination. You do not need to be present. We take full responsibility from confirmation to completion.
Your cleaner completes the work to our quality standard. You receive a post-clean photo report so you can see the results without being there.
Any quality concern raised within 48 hours of a completed clean is addressed with a complimentary re-clean of the affected area within 48 hours. No argument, no delay.
A professional invoice issued on completion. Payment by bank transfer or card.

We believe in being upfront about everything including our cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your booking are accepted at no charge. We will confirm within 2 hours.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled clean will incur a fee of 50% of the booking value. This covers the cost of the cleaner's reserved time.
We accept urgent and same-day booking requests subject to availability. A premium rate of 25 to 30% above the standard rate applies. Call us directly on 07868 781250.
Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before your booking may be subject to a £15 rescheduling fee. We will always try to accommodate where possible.

No. Most of our clients are not present during their clean. We just need agreed access arrangements confirmed in advance. We will send you a photo report once the clean is complete so you can see everything without being there.
Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products or have any allergies please let us know when booking and we will accommodate you.
We aim to accommodate bookings within 48 hours of enquiry for standard cleans. For urgent and same-day bookings we do our best to arrange cover subject to availability. Call us directly on 07868 781250 for urgent requests.
Payment is by bank transfer or card. For one-off cleans payment is due on completion. For regular clients, payment terms are confirmed at booking. Full payment details are provided in your booking confirmation.

Yes. Every cleaner in our network holds their own public liability insurance and Maison Noir Cleaning Ltd also holds company insurance. Every booking is fully protected.
